DISCOUNTS: these will continue to be available where appropriate.

RENEWALS: Because of the way the renewals system works for domain names, and to minimise the risk of domains being lost, we always renew domains automatically. If you do not wish your domain to be renewed we need 60 days notice.

TRANSFERS IN:
Domains ending in .uk Transfers of UK domains are very straightforward. You do not need to pay any fees: if for example you are in dispute with flywheel shyster and flywheel registrars, you can arrange for Nominet to transfer the domain out of their control unilaterally (always provided you are the registered owner)

Domains not ending in .uk  There is an agreed procedure for transfer of these domains but sadly the system seems to depend on the whim of the current registrars. As a minimum the transferee registrar has to pay one year's hosting fee before the transfer can even be attempted. This is not refundable in the event of failure. Most UK registrars seem to be OK but experience is varied. There is no system that can overide the current suppliers as there is for UK domains.

This applies if I am losing you as a customer. I will transfer domains out at no fee.
